Less than a year after Ski Fanatics opened in 1987, we realized our name wouldn't be accurate for long.  Several of our staff and customers had taken up a new sport called snowboarding, and were asking us to carry gear for them, too.  We happily obliged them, and now snowboard gear is a major part of winter business.
